Genesse Storage & U-Haul

I had been a customer with Genesee Storage, Dye Rd since 2017 and I didn't have any problems until now. The previous manager was amazing and professional. Norah Woolworth is the new manager at Genesee Storage, Dye Rd. I informed her that I wanted to cancel my storage unit and that the previous manager told me to let her know when I was ready to move out because she would pro-rate the storage fees. Norah told me that the previous manager had misinformed me and that they don't pro-rate move-outs, they only pro-rate in move-ins. She would charge me for the entire month of January even if I had moved everything out by the 5th. She told me if I didn't pay for the entire month that I was going to have to hire an attorney and go to small claims court. I asked if it was someone else I could speak to Norah replied very nasty that the owner doesn't want to talk to me. So I told Norah to go ahead and charge my card. Alot has happened between January 5 and 19th. My 94 year grandmother became ill and died, so I wasn't able to do anything. On January 19th at 6:30 pm, I went to the storage unit to start taking my things out and the entry gate said that my code to get in was denied. I tried several times and each time it said the access code denied. I called Norah at 642 pm and left a message. Monday was a holiday so I waited until Tuesday, I went to try to log in my access code and it still says denied, I called again left a message, but Norah still hasn't called me. Wednesday morning I left a review on the Genesee Storage, Dye rd Facebook and within 3 hours Norah sent me a message back. Why would I have to comment on social media to get a response?? Norah claims she has been trying to reach me but my phone was working. I told her my phone is working and I have been receiving calls, messages, and emails just fine. I have NO missed calls, text messages, emails or voicemails from her. Norah finally calls me today, January 22 at 8:40 am and tells me not to get smart with her or have an attitude. She has
