Bad people and bad reputation they speak to you like trash and treatent to sue you for money you don’t owe them. My experience they did not provide the services for personal trainer to me and the still wanted me to pay for services that I did not recieve. They charge me with a high amount of more than 9,000 for something that they never provide. And they fake my dads signature when my dad never sign because he never step foot on the gym and I was already older than 21 ( there contract says that if you are 21 or younger your parent or guardian has to sign) but in my case I was older already. They keep calling and saying that they will damage my credit ( which is a complete lie because they dont have the authority and also they need your sss which I never gave them ) or they will garnish my wages ( another LIE) they will make you go through anxiety, depression and emotional pain. I dont know how they are still functioning and the government has not shut them down

This company called requesting a settlement from a personal loan that was reported to be taken out by me. When I began questioning the information, they hung up on me. When I called back and requested more information on the company, I was told that my representative was using the bathroom and would call me back. When I pushed for more information on their company, I was hung up on again. DO NOT give these people money without questioning them.

This business called today claiming that I owed $500 to a company called CashNet, whom I've never borrowed money from. I even checked my credit report to make sure I wasn't missing anything. But they told me that a civil lawsuit had been filed, and I could pay $1500 to go to court or settle the debt with them today for $600. Do NOT pay them anything and do NOT give them any personal information! The information they already have about you is publicly available anyways.

This company should not have an A-. They try to collect debts that are not owed and when you call them down on it they threaten to go to court to collect.

GNR has been harassing me and my mom for the last couple of years with phone calls collecting a supposed debt from an account I closed 5 years ago.
) In May 2014 I signed a contract with HCOA Ponce, Puerto Rico. In October 2014 I got injured and, with a doctor's note, I cancelled my gym membership. Per the HCOA's gym advise, I sent a copy of the doctor's note and a letter to ABC Financial to cancel the membership (XXXXXXXXX) as well, since ABC was the company charging my credit card. My credit card was not charged again. Two or three years later, I received a phone call from Genesis National Recovery claiming that they bought the account from ABC and that the account was never closed with ABC and I accumulated up to $7,000 in debt. They also started harassing my mom on the phone about this issue. Genesys offered a deal for me to pay half of the amount, however, I don't think I need to pay because I cancelled the account with ABC. Genesys continued calling trying to make a deal for me to pay. Unfortunatelly, the evidence is long gone after so many years and the doctor who gave me the note is not in Puerto Rico any longer. I requested an evidence of the debt to Genesys and since they said they do not have any, I told them I was going to counter sue back. Today, May 28, 2019, *** called from Genesys claiming he works in an office in Caguas, Puerto Rico and that he was calling to see if I was home in order to bring me a letter to freeze my bank accounts because I don't want to pay Genesys. This time he said I owe $11,000. When he continued talking about Genesys' phone calls, I realized he is from Genesys and not from PR. After I told him I was going to counter sue, he called back 4 times in less that a minute. He also called my mom. Four minutes later I called back *** phone number (XXX) XXX-XXXX but no one answered. *** called back a minute later from the phone (XXX) XXX-XXXX and per my request he passed *** with *** from Administration/Customer Service. Carol could not confirm they have ever sent me communication regarding this issue. That is when I decided to search the internet in order to report them.

A debt collector called my mom regarding a old account I have and disclosed to her I had that debt.
