To Whom It May Concern;We have worked very hard to try and cultivate a positive relationship with this homeowner Even after their warranty period expired, we were still trying to make them happy...over years later Unfortunately, this homeowner will probably never be fully happy with any answer or solution we offer The leak they are claiming only occurs during a rain storm with prolonged down pour and winds blowing from a certain direction at 45+ mph...this intermittenly presents with a quarter sized water drop mark in the middle of their unfinished basement from a hvac duct We were still willing to help them solve any issues they were having...but they refused I have received numerous emails from them over the past 4-years and have even done extra work in their home I even have recommendations from them and even confirmation emails from them about satisfaction of punch list items and not one shows a lack of response or follow through on our part At some point, a business has to make the decision to move on to more positive customers that will appreciate the time and effort we put into all of our customersWe wish these homeowners well and wish we could have reached a more positive outcome.Sincerely,E [redacted]

We disagree with the builder's responseWe did not seek outside tradesmen until we reached a deadlock with the builder trying to find the source of the leakWe had no choice since nothing more was being offeredWe have not spoken to any of their contractorsThe bottom line is that we still have a leak which they have written off as our problemWe do accept that the Builder is not willing to take responsibility for this issue and that we are not going to get resolutionWe are not going to receive satisfaction and will end this complaint at this time We will hire a qualified Mason to redo the stonework to prevent water leakageThank you in your attempt to help us arbitrate this matter

We have never filed a business complaint before and only took action when the builder's son wrote us off before the leak problem was solved. We accept that we are getting nowhere with the complaint and we are hiring  professionals to fix the leak.

To Whom It May Concern;We have been dealing with the [redacted] for several years-since they moved into their new home in 10/2012- and we have always tried to accommodate all of the requests- often with great expense to my business.  We have a great reputation and have track records to show for...

it.  First and foremost, we deny the [redacted]'s claims in their entirety.  Their complaint is full of inaccuracies and misrepresentation of the facts.  We have a pretty detailed home warranty clause which wasn't followed by the homeowners.  We made every attempt to make them happy well beyond our legal obligations because we want all of our customers to be happy. They had numerous other trades working on their home that were not with our company.  They resided their home because they wanted to...and reroofed their little section of roof in copper because they wanted to.  I had made recommendations to them that they chose not to follow.  I have a paper trail that will show their punch list all the way to this Revdex.com response which will show we are in no way legally responsible for their issue.  I asked for proof of issue this fall and received nothing specific to the issue they are complaining about.  I have turned the issue over to my attorney as they have been engaging in a disparagement campaign with the neighbors and several subcontractors of ours based on untruthful and damaging remarks.Sincerely,E.
