my security deposit was never applied to the balance owed when I moved outmy security deposit was never applied to the balance owed when I moved out they sent a balance of 1356 to a collection agency before applying my 660 security deposit towards the balance. the collection agency federated collection said that they can not change the amount you sent them. I have the lease which clearly shows my 660 security deposit was paid and I have the breakdown of what you charged me at move out and the security deposit was never applied towards itDesired Settlementi need this balance due corrected balance at move out due was 1356 my 660 security deposit needs to be applied to that leaving only 696 due.
