Review: For my 3rd Anniversary, I received a "Kenneth Cole Unlisted" Watch from my Girlfriend. I have had this watch on exactly 3 days, and the gunmetal finish is wearing off. Instead of actually toning the metal, it appears the manufacturer used some kind of thin plating or paint to coat the case. This coating has already worn off in areas where it rests on the arm. To make matters worse, this watch was listed as having 3 "sub-dials", that appear to be nothing more than glued on dials added for looks. The two buttons on the side of the case have no function, so they are for looks as well. While this was not an expensive watch, it was not a cheap one either, and I cannot believe that a watch like this would have "pretend" buttons. I have owned watches that were $5 new, and they had working buttons. It is unbelievable for the price this watch is listed at, it is nothing more than a toy. I have never in my life, after wearing DOZENS of watches, have owned such a cheap imitation of quality, and poor wear resistance. It is absurd to plate a watch with plating that wears off in 3 days. I have worn plated watches from the 1960's that are not worn a bit. This company should be ashamed of themselves for even manufacturing such a joke of a timepiece. Model UL1218Desired Settlement: Since this was a gift, and I do not have the original receipt (I do have the watch, however), I wish for this company to replace my watch with something of decent quality. A watch that does not have a plated caseback, and buttons that actually work. If the company fails to make right on this, I will be filing a case with the Attorney General of Illinois, and contact my local news station to show what ridiculous quality this watch is.

Review: I sent my C9 Champion brand watch to Geneva Watch Group in October 2014 for warranty service, following all of the requirements in the written warranty. Geneva Watch Group's warranty service company, [redacted], acknowledged receipt of my watch that same month and stated it would be fixed. On Dec. *, 2014, [redacted] e-mailed me, stating that Geneva Watch Group had not authorized [redacted] to repair my watch, and that [redacted] was sending my watch back to Geneva Watch Group for servicing. Geneva Watch Group has not returned my repaired watch. I e-mailed Geneva Watch Group twice asking that it honor it's warranty and repair my watch. It has not responded to any of my e-mails.Desired Settlement: I would like Geneva Watch Group to honor its written warranty and return my repaired watch to me, or a new similar watch.

Review: I purchased a watch on [redacted] .the watch is by [redacted] which is owned by Geneva watch group.the watch is not working and has a warranty.I went to [redacted] website as directed by the booklet with the watch and followed the instructions to return the watch including how to ship it and to include a money order to ship it back. And to include insurance..I received the package back saying unable to forward....I double checked the address which was correct..I then went to the Geneva web site..that has a completely different address and amount to send to get the watch fixed...this is the same company with different information on different sites...I have tried numerous times to contact customer service to see what needs done since I paid to have this shipped and insured once already...I have left 5 messages and numerous emails with no response...I just want my watch fixed.Desired Settlement: I would like a shipping label sent so this watch can be sent back at no charge to me since I paid for it once and I want my watch fixed or replaced

Review: I had purchased a watch and wallet gift set through [redacted] which was sent out by the Geneva watch group once it arrived I noticed they sent the wrong one. I called Geneva watch group no one answered and their voice mail said it was full. I tried emailing them and the email came back staying their email was in valid. I then called [redacted] to find out if there was anything they could do and they told me since its an out side source they could not and that I should keep calling the company. Mean while I still have to pay [redacted] the 80 dollars for a product that's not right. I tried calling the watch group again, I have left voice mail after voice mail and I can not get anyone to return my phone call.Desired Settlement: I just want the right item. I'd like to get them to send me the right one.

Review: On July [redacted] I sent a spare part form to Geneva Watch Spare parts Department in [redacted] and a money order of $40.00. After 8 days, since I din't hear from them I started calling the Consumer Service at ###-###-#### and left some messages in their answering machine since they NEVER answer ANY call. Also, I've sent two emails asking them to call me back with the [redacted] phone number. No answer.

Last Friday, we went to a [redacted] store at [redacted] but they also were not able to get in touch with them. They just gave me the same number and asked me to keep on trying. Now, since Friday all box mails are full and they ask you to call another time.

The crystal is supposed to be sent to another Country and the person that is taking it is leaving within two days.Desired Settlement: If they don't have the part be decent enough to call or email me with that information and send my money order back.

If the crystal doesn't arrive in time, they will have to send it to [redacted] instead and, of course, at no additional cost.
