I was defrauded TWICE by Genexe. I am not have Medicare, I’m under the age of 50.
Genexe came to San Antonio on the weekend of September 14, 2018. They were at a very large home and garden show in the Alamodome. They advertised their services as FREE. They would check to see if your insurance company would pay, but it was in fact FREE. I verified this verbally several times. I then gave them these MOST INTRUSIVE AND PERSONAL thing I own – my DNA!! I trusted Genexe. I was expecting results back in 4-6 weeks. This was told to me verbally and written on a postcard I have from the event. Nothing arrived. I’ve emailed three times. I get a canned response of them still working on it. Then I got a letter in the mail in January – same exact canned response – they are working on it. Well, it’s been 194 days since they took my DNA sample. Basically, they stole my DNA. They are a fraud and should be shutdown. It should be illegal for a company to represent themselves as FREE SERVICE – collect DNA – and then skip town.
I
wrote a bad review on Better Bureau. I was immediately called by Genexe to remove the review. That everything was just a clerical error. They would redo the results. So I removed the Revdex.com review. They did send me another kit but of course, no results were ever sent. They got me to take down my Revdex.com review in April 2019. So now I’m putting it back up!

Sales Representative are going to Senior Citizens Centers and Low Income neighborhood grocery stores and signing people up. Stating that Medicare Part B will pay for this... said they are partnering with medicare, as medicare says this will save them money in the long run.

Great company to work with. They were very informative and I received my results in about 5 weeks.

On October 27, 2018 I was at a *** and *** in Colorado Springs. One of the vendors, Genexe Health, was offering Genetic cancer and prescription screening. To date I have yet to receive the results. I have left numerous message and have been told someone will be in contact with me shortly. Needless to say as of yet have I heard back from anyone. I feel these people are frauds and scam artists who should not be allowed at these events. I was told that my insurance would cover it however they did not even give me a clue as to what the cost would be. They billed by insurance company over 26 grand of which the insurance company paid over 9 grand.

Genexe provided Screening Results via mail and email on 4/26/19. Genexe sent her results via email again today. Genexe called and spoke with her to confirm she received her results. Any billing related questions are located on the *** provided by her insurance company. If she has any questions regarding billing, all relevant information is listed on the *** which Genexe does not have access to. Any delays associated with this account were the result of increased demand and quality control. This screening was conducted via simple mouth swab (not blood draw).
