To Whom It May Concern:This is in response to a letter submitted to our agency dated June 16, 2015, regarding a complaint from [redacted] about a problem that occurred on May 1, In the claim to the Revdex.com, [redacted] advised that he was having difficulty getting his claim resolved with his Insurance carrier, [redacted] Our notes indicate that [redacted] called our office on May 1, regarding a recent claim and was given the claims number to ***This is the standard procedure as our Agency is not allowed to be involved in the claims processHe indicates he spoke to our Agency on the 13th and 21st of MayOur records indicate he spoke to our Agency on the 9th to add a new carHe then spoke to us on the 15th of May to remove a vehicleIn neither case does it indicate that he was having problems with [redacted] claimsHad we been aware, we would have gladly contacted a supervisor in the claims department to see if they could assistOn May 30th, our office contacted him about his upcoming payment, he was aware and did not indicate that he was having any problems with [redacted] On June 8th, our office notified him about his policy status and he told us he had obtained new coverage because he was not happy with how [redacted] handled his claimThis was the first we had any indication that there was a problem, but by that time he was insured elsewhereIt appears that he may be confusing us with the actual Insurance CompanyThey handle all billing and claimsOur agency is allowed to initiate and bind the initial policy, to accept payments for the Company and to make changes to an existing policyWe have no authorization to be involved in any claims processes and are instructed to transfer any questions involved with this to the Company claims dept
