Dear Revdex.com,Thank you for contacting us regarding this issue, first we have Never called our mutual customer a liar, actually we were very open with our mutual customer in explaining and showing him all the computer records (which by the way we can not delete), also the price of our starting Oil Change
is $+ Tax + disposal fee which will add up to more than $and the customer said he paid $only (which is by the way the exact price of getting the Works Car Wash)All customers are provided with detailed receipts and invoices for any service performed at our facility and not as claimed in the complaint And to clear our name and resolve this issue, we are asking the Revdex.com to contact us directly to come and investigate this matter to prove that we did NOT do the Oil Change nor have anything to do with this claim. Not only did they call me a liar, repeatedly.  But when I spoke to the manager in person, he laughed at me and said good luck proving it. In addition to that, I drive a 1995 Geo Prizm. I would not pay for a 19$ car wash (a very bad one at that) for a car that's all scratched up and not worth taking to a car wash. I needed an oil change. The guy out front said he was giving me an oil change. I walked next door to get lunch with my girlfriend. My girlfriend also was there and is a witness to the guy saying he was giving me an oil change.  Ironically my car just happens to run out of oil without ever leaking anywhere.

Salesman sold me a service that was horrible. I asked them to clean a large spot before I even left the car wash they had missed. My car was buffed and polished, most marks were not removed. I would have been ok with this, but the salesman told me if I paid more he could remove light marks in a couple of doors and front bumper.

When car seat dried you could see many spots not removed. I went back and they said they could clean again, that is was normal to see spots. Not true from other car washes I have been to that do detail work.

I also went back to show them that inside of car was filthy in other places, one manager could see this and said they would clean again.

Why should a party have to go back multiple times to have a job done they paid for.

I asked for half the money back since my car was leaving the state permanently, they wanted a chance to clean again.

Manager I dealt with should not be a manager. He would not even work at my business, let alone be a manager.

They are selling labor as a product, it sucks. They are overs along what they can do by doing horrible work.

Review: After car wash was complete , I noticed the passenger mirror plastic cover was missing. An associate found the missing piece in the car wash. It was damaged and scratched. Also the bracket was broken that the plastic connects to on the mirror. I requested the facility to repair my vehicle as they agreed it was torn off in the washing equipment. They have since failed to fix and replace my mirror and have not responded to any of my requests to have the mirror fixed. They had tried to tell me that my mirror had previous damage as an excuse of why not to repair it. This mirror never had damage prior to taking it to the car wash.Desired Settlement: I would like my mirror replaced.
