We are sorry for what happen to the phone! We Guaranty our phone for Month with the Store, after that the customer has to make a claim with factory (which [redacted] ) to repair or replace ! We try to help but couldnt get any help we puchase the phone from [redacted] and they couldnt help us to get the contact for [redacted] because the phone are internationalI even let her use my spare phone to use until resolve this but we couldn't do so and still waiting on an answer from [redacted]

Im sorry it took long to respond, but I had to investigate! We fix his computer had virus we clean and test it on wifi it work perfect!when he came back he said that he coultnt conect to wifiWe test with our wifi it works perfect.we told him that his might entering wrong password or he has
isues on his net work.we did what he ask us to do we reinstall his windows back to factoryand test all was ok!thanks
