Hi, We resent the codes to the customer and never received a request for a refund in our ticketing systemThe customer only asked about his codes, which we resent and did not receive any further correspondence after thatThe whole correspondence was exported from freshdesk (the system we use) and is attached to this response as a PDFScreenshots from our Store's backend showing his order was paid and fulfilled (as well as multiple later orders)There have been no further tickets raising this issueThe customer also sold all of his [redacted] (product he purchased) and has withdrawn his Bitcoins (all of his balance) from the [redacted] systemWe cannot refund a customer who has received the product they ordered and then sold the product to other customersWe can provide all of the transactions through our [redacted] system (of selling their [redacted] products) and show his current balance if you require itThis issue was resolved through our ticketing systemThe complaint with the Revdex.com was filed in the middle of our Customer Service Representatives assisting the customer and the customer clearly did not provide our reps a chance to resolve the issueOnce the issue was resolved on our end, the customer did not resolve with the Revdex.comI request the Revdex.com to mark this issue as resolved since the customer has not and has since continued using our services, sold the products he opened a complaint about on the marketplace and has withdrawn his money from his account that he earned from the sale of said productPlease let us know if you need any other information to resolve this complaintThank you, ***

I am rejecting this response because: It took them weeks to resolve the original issue, and months to respond to this complaintAt this time, GAW looks like they did the right thing because they had months to fix this issueJust look at the datesAnd *** made a great point, I have since withdrawn all my funds from thereI don't need or want anything else from them at this point, but the notion that they handled this in a timely manner is a jokeAgain, just look at the dates

The customer also sold all of his [redacted] (product he purchased) and has withdrawn his Bitcoins (all of his balance) from the [redacted] system. We cannot refund a customer who has received the product they ordered and then sold the product to other customers. We can provide all of the transactions through our [redacted] system (of selling their [redacted] products) and show his current balance if you require it.
This issue was resolved through our ticketing system.
The complaint with the Revdex.com was filed in the middle of our Customer Service Representatives assisting the customer and the customer clearly did not provide our reps a chance to resolve the issue. Once the issue was resolved on our end, the customer did not resolve with the Revdex.com. I request the Revdex.com to mark this issue as resolved since the customer has not and has since continued using our services, sold the products he opened a complaint about on the marketplace and has withdrawn his money from his account that he earned from the sale of said product.
