Upon receiving the compliant from the customer Genki took immediate action by contacting our pest control provider, they completed an assessment and took care of the rodents
The picture and the complaint clearly show the quality of
the food and customer service is not up too Genki standardsWe also completed our assessment of the retaining we need to provide to our staff

asked for another opportunity to provide the "quality service" Genki Sushi strives each day to provide to all their customers and we hope we will have another opportunity to provide that service

Thank you for getting back to meGetting a complaint from a customer is never a good thing but it is a way to improve service, food and environmentWe have been to other Genki locations on Oahu and Kahului and have never had a bad experienceWord of mouth advertising is powerful and after our experience, I posted pictures and specifically outlined the detailsNeedless to say, many of our friends responded by saying that they would never visit that site again
I appreciate you taking my concerns seriously and took immediate actionIt was never our intent to close the place down or have anyone lose their jobsI do place the "blame" on management and corporate for not monitoring their employees better and giving them proper customer service and proper sanitation and food handling trainingHaving been in the hospitality industry for over years, customer service is the number one requirement in any jobIn Lahaina as a visitor industry town, we expect nothing but the best customer service not only to our visitors but especially to the locals because we are the ones that are your repeat visitorsI, myself, live in Wailuku and made the trip to Lahaina because my daughter who lives and works on the west side requested that we celebrate Father's Day on that side of the island since she had to work that day and would have been too tired to drive with her family to the Central side to meet usSo not only was it a special day, it was also an extra drive whereas we could have gone to the Kahului location and would not have had a bad experienceUnfortunately or fortunately for the Lahaina location, we went there and the rest is history
My family and friends, as we, are hesitant to re-visit the Lahaina Restaurant because of our recent experience, however, I will speak to my family about your assurance that we can expect exceptional quality service in all aspects of your restaurant on our next potential visitAlthough it was never in my mind to ask for compensation, but I appreciate your offer and accept it with gratitude, that you took my request to improve that location seriouslyMy mailing address is:

My entire family ate at the restaurant August 7th We were notified by our Hawaiian family that we ate at the restaurant that the Hawaii health department found Hep A We ate the dishes with scallops that were suspectMy three children were immunized My wife and I were not I went to Kaiser and had to pay $for treatment I contacted the company and they didn't respond I will have to go back in six months for another shot that will cost an additional $

Employee named of [redacted] that works at the Kapolei Genki Sushi was very rude to me and my family, showed no respect at all , and rushed us out
