Review: Ever since I hired [redacted] to install my telephone,alarm and security system. It has been very hard getting him to my house. [redacted] refuses to call me back, respond to my emails and text messages. Recently once of the cables that he installed broke. So I called him on January [redacted] to fix it. He said he'd need $100 for a new part and would back on Tuesday. He as usually never showed up, called to cancel or reschedule. Last year, I went to seek out a new alarm installer/ central station monitoring. company. I was told that I can not do that with out having access to the Master Alarm Code. I have asked [redacted] for this information many times and he refuses to give it to me. He said that's my code. I can't give that out. I had than said. So reset it to a code of my choosing. He refuses to come back since I've asked him for this info. I paid $5,840 for an alarm system to my home. This alarm system is mine and I don't understand why I am locked into using him for the rest of my life. If the man was reliable. I'd have no issues using him, but he is not. The only way for me to find another company is to completely rip out my current alarm system and install a new one. I paid for this alarm system and should be able to choose the central station monitoring service or installer of my choosing. If he chooses not to show up, miss constant appointments, and in the event of an emergency I do not have an installer I can contact to fix, replace or do what needs to be done to keep my house safe and the 5 beautiful children that live in it.Desired Settlement: I would either like a full refund for my alarm system so I can go and purchase a new one or I want the master alarm code so I can seek out a new installer/technician.
