Review: I am reporting incredibly poor service from the genox [redacted] office for cpap supplies. I went in late december to pick up supplies, as I had done in the past. I was told they had to read the sd micro chip. I had never been informed that this was now necessary but fine; I went home to get my machine. They recording device was not working so I was told I could not get supplies and they had to send my machine away to get evaluated/fixed. (By the way, I am currently on hold with genox - 20 minutes - no one has picked up). At first they were not going to give me a loaner. It was only given after strong insistance by me. I was told it would take a month to be fixed - it has been 2.5 months with no date yet.

With this loaner, I was to record 30 days of data and return the chip, which I did, returning it over two weeks ago. I have been given different excuses as to why it has not been done. Inability to read this chip is inexcusable. (Finally picked up after 25 minutes on hold).

I have been a customer of this company for about 10 years.
