[redacted] does not respond maintenance requestHe will ignore all your phone calls emails and handwritten letters I have rented from him for over year and he will not respond to any of my calls even though I was getting electrocuted from bad wiring from the washer/dryer He also refused to do an official initial assessment of the property which had plenty of issues

Used ***'s services shortly after I was medically discharged from the Army due to an IED blast in Iraq I moved out of Colorado and owned the property, so I needed someone to manage it for me I was told about [redacted] 's services and that he was a veteran himself, so that was a no brainer to me Unfortunately this management company does not live up to their half of the agreement and never ever responds to phone calls, emails etcIn fact, I called Mr [redacted] 's cell phone and he would not answer the phone; knowing that he was screening my phone call, he finally got fed up with me calling back to back to backetcand eventually answered If you are looking for management services, I urge you to look elsewhere, it was nothing but a huge headache, my home was completely trashed by tenants, no home inspections were conducted and in the end cost me a considerable amount of money to fix damagesI am not one of those guys who does this on a whim, thanks for helping a veteran out ***!

This was the worst property manager I ever hadI had over the years with houses I had boughtHe would be days or more late with sending me rent checksI would have to call email and text and it would take him more than a week to get back to me, if he did at all He would never answer his phone I asked him for receipts for work done to the house and he still has not given them to meHe would just ignore and never get back to me with concerns or questions I had about my houseHe never checked on the house in years that it was leased and the house was trashed when the tenant moved out and he had no idea the condition of the houseIf I could give zero stars, I wouldEven if he was free I would not use Bruce as a property managerSTAY AWAY!!!

We had Bruce as our property manager for about years
He was not very easy to get hold of when it came to rentHe did not always tell us when the rent check would be sent to us
He selected some bad renters that did damage to the house and the front yard
We are trying to sell the house and he says he will not clean it up

In hours, I was only able to talk with Bruce *** once I was trying to apply for a rental property and sent him several texts and called him several times I also messaged him on Facebook I finally found the rental application on his web site and e-mail address to send all the information on his Facebook page I don't know what is going on, but he does not follow through with sending information nor contacts you back

We looked at a house *** showed us, and my husband liked itFilled out the application on the spot right away and while filling out the application there were others looking at the house tooOne guy was interested in putting in also, *** showed him the application and basically told him he couldn't cause he wasn't military and worked at the Olympic Training Center
I had a fishy vibe about this guy But ofcourse I know nothingMen know all
My husband paid him the application fees and the down payment to hold the house A week later he tells my husband we can meet at the house to sign the lease and we get there and theres no lease in hand but he was worried about if we had the money or not, and than says it was a miscommunication
My husband changed his mind didn't want the house and ask for our money back, and *** tells us he can't give it back Which take in mind we never signed a lease
