Allan L**, the business owner of Genstar came to my home after I contacted him on thumbtack to troubleshoot my AC unit during the heated degree week in [redacted] He said the service visit would be free if I choose to have repairs done with himHe firstly diagnosed the issue incorrectly and then came up with a second diagnoses but couldnt give a price estimate on the new problemI told him the unit was still under warranty and I've only been in the home years and I just recently got married and couldnt afford any expensive AC repairs so if he can work out the best option for meDay later Allan told me he contacted the manufacturer YORK and they responded that NO PARTS are covered only heat exchangers and boardsI called the York manufacturer myself and gave them all the information and they said every part is covered until May I conveyed this again to Mr L [redacted] and he said there is only one vendor rep for York in [redacted] and this is the case that my AC unit is not covere
