Gent Uniform Rental

Review: We have been complaining about missing, dirty, and damaged uniforms for more than four months and the problems continued. They claim that all complaints were resolved, but that is not correct. I Sent a letter informing Gent of my intention to terminate our service but they want to charge me for the remainder of the three-year contract (about 10 months). I told them that they did not fulfill the contract and I would pay them the last month's fees when they cancel the contract.Desired Settlement: I want Gent to cancel the remainder of the contract in return for the last month's fees.
