I ordered an item back on 6/8/and paid for it by credit card and it is now 7/28/and I still have not yet received the item and I have sent an email to every contact on their list and no one wants to respond All I can say is this is a [redacted] poor way to handle a new customer with a potential of doing a lot of business with them and I could not be more disappointed with the way my order has been handled
