I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID ***, and have determined that this does not resolve my complaint. For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below
I will not accept Gentle Breeze's response, which is the same as he told me in prior conversations. My demand is a full refund and nothing less. If this is not accepted, I will seek further action in small claims court. Jerry's website is misleading regarding his success rate of launching. A better policy is the example for a similar business that I have patronized, dog mushing in ***. They refused to accept pre-payment until we were guaranteed that the weather and conditions were acceptable for the event. I will not give up until this is resolved. Thank you

Company states that the purchase the consumer is made non-refundable, but it is transferable and valued up to $450. Company states that while their may not be a storm in their immediate area, the company has been affected by storms as far as 250 miles away and it is a safety concern.
