This letter is in response to [redacted] complaints regarding his treatment pian recommended procedures to address his oral health needs[redacted] complaints regarding the proposed treatment plan are baseless, misleading and unwarranted, DrS***, as a specialist and a Prosthodontist, stands by his treatmentrecommendations is fullDental care and proposed treatments can vary according to the skill/training of the providerThe fact that another dentist disagrees or recommends a different course of action does not mean that either of the proposed treatments are right or wrongObviously, some patients are biased towards simpler and sometimes inadequate treatments due to financial issues and costRegarding references to our practice being out of network with [redacted] 's insurance, we always make a point to insure all our patients are informed that although we are not in-network with their insurance, we do acceptable their insurance, and that our patient fees are comparable to providers that are in-networkIn [redacted] 's case, as with every patient with his status, we always do take adjustments to our fees to stand by our promise.At this point, we are awaiting payment by [redacted] 's insurance for the services we providedOnce we receive such payments, we can make our final decision and be in a position is say if [redacted] has an additional balance due with our office, if any.Sincerely, David J***
