Gentle Dental

I am rejecting this response because:
The response from the business is sorely inadequate. The time limit so vaguely mentioned in Gentle Dentals response came and went and I was told that the check would be reissued. Several more weeks went by without receiving a check. In my opinion I don't believe that either the first or second checkwas ever issued, after making several trips to the office and numerous phone calls the refund was finally credited to my card. I asked the business for an additional $100 for the months of aggravation and time consuming effort in getting a refund for charges that never should have been charged in the first place.

To whom it may concern:[redacted] a patient of record was seen 03-07-2016 and had multiple fillings done.The Insurance fee schedules were change but Gentle Dental did not receive an updated fee schedule from [redacted]'s Insurance carrier [redacted] received a bill and contact the office regarding her bill. We informed her what happen with the insurance carrier not providing the fee schedule. Having [redacted] contact us we realized we have to check all accounts under this insurance carrierAfter numerous attempts with the insurance to straighten the fee schedule we have decided we will take our lost and adjust the balance on **. Review: Terrible dentures that never fit correct, I was measured for them after I had my teeth removed were the gums were very swollen, when the gums went down the teeth never fit, they tried fixing them and put plasters of gum looking material that made them look even worst. I had to have another dentist make me another pair and the new one's fit perfect.Desired Settlement: Pay back the entire amount of the dentures.
