Customer contacted us regarding her complaint. She stated that after taking our products for a week with NO problems at all she suddenly started having pain in her stomach. She vomited and claims there were undissolved pills in her vomit. Our products have to be taken on an
empty stomach, it makes sense she would vomit the water she used to swallow the pills with and the pills. She has changed her story and keeps adding to it in consequent emails. Yet, she has never shown proof there were any "undigested" pills in her vomit. Furthermore, customer says after hours she felt better. This certainly seems like it is not at all related to our products and is more of a stomach flu. Customer first demanded her money back and said we had until Monday to do something about it, but then filed complaints with Revdex.com and Pay pal. So she didn't even give us the allotted time she dictated to do anything about this.We have been selling these collagen supplements for years. We have never received any complaints that people vomited undissolved pills in years!! Often times going above and beyond to help accomplish that task. We are a company who truly cares about our customers and their well being.She has also received all of her money back due to her filing a complaint with pay pal so I'm not really sure what more customer wants at this point
