time due to customer not at the time living in buffalo. He stayed and signed contract after approving the finished work. he was able to see the job in its entirety before paying. Weeks later he called after posting a bad review.Customer said he did by mistake. He only had foot prints on two of the four floors This could happen but we fixed problem instantly. We did have to come back a second time to put on the correct top coat. Which was done. Customer complained tha paint was on the wall. There was a small area that had stain on it. Due to this he was offered a hundred dollar refund for the small stain on wall and inconvience. Customer cashed the check which clearly stated this would be the settlement. Here is the link to some of the before and after pictures https://[redacted]this customers wife and father in law was very rude and yelling expecting a free job. Customer was fine until his family came over a month after job was completed. Customer accepted the refund for paint and we added the extra because we had to come back with more top coat. Our product dry's in one hour customer was able to resume all activity
