My apologizes for the delay in our response As a place of business that serves a small community such as Oregon, we strive to have great customer service As you could imagine, there can be times that things are not always explained in a way that everyone has a complete understanding of, which in this circumstance, is our policy regarding "PD" measurements Attached is our offices policy regarding online orders and measurements This is something that all but a few clinics in the surrounding areas have in place, so that the end result of ordering glasses on line is a success for everyone We have had to put this policy in place because if our measurement are incorrect, we are held responsible for the remake of the glasses Again, I apologize that this patient feels she was not given good customer service because of this, but the PD measurement is not part of the patient's medical record and will not be found in the records if they are releasedBest Regards, Anna [redacted] Office Manager
