Gentleman Taxi & Chester Express Shuttle & Taxi

I contracted with Gentlemen's Taxi on Friday to transport two people to Baltimore on that Sunday The pickup was supposed to happen at a.m I gave them two cell numbers to call if there were any issues At 10:on Sunday, we called them to find the driver They said they had some drivers call in sick and would find out where the replacement driver was In minutes, we had the driver call who was very difficult to understand He said he would be there in minutes minutes later, we arranged for other transportation I don't know if the driver ever may it or not I wonder if they would have ever called us if we did not call them I will not use them again

They said they had some drivers call in sick and would find out where the replacement driver was. In 5 minutes, we had the driver call who was very difficult to understand. He said he would be there in 25 minutes. 25 minutes later, we arranged for other transportation. I don't know if the driver ever may it or not. I wonder if they would have ever called us if we did not call them. I will not use them again.

I receive medical transportation assistance through Logisticare and [redacted] (Gentleman Taxi) takes me to all of my trips. I have traveled with other transportation providers but Gentleman Taxi is the only provider that is consistently on time. In addition to promptness, the vehicles are clean and well maintained, the drivers are friendly, polite and knowledgeable. Before I started riding with[redacted], I was always worried that I would miss my appointment, and quite frequently, I did. Now, since I schedule all of my medical trips with Gentleman Taxi, I have not missed a single appointment. Furthermore, I am usually early and also do not have to wait very long for a return pick-up. This is a great company; [redacted] is not only professional and experienced in what he does, he is also considerate of his customers and their needs. I would (and do) recommend this company to anyone looking for a wonderful taxi company with great drivers
