A company that in my case, made a humble mistake, but tried to resolve it in their favorThe tank I ordered is dollars...you have the option to buy extra coils at a discounted price when purchasing the tankI bought the extra coils for dollars, but only was shippedTheir "resolve" was to credit my card back dollarsKeep in mind a pack of coils is dollars otherwiseObviously they didn't want to simply send what I rightly ordered to avoid shipping costs and the minor discountAs a side note the tank's design is a Kanger rip off, while the coils will constantly give dry, throat burning hits even when thinned with PGIf your familiar with basic coils the gimmick here is small meshed holes to block impurities...thus blocking the wick, for constant dry burns after only a few hits if not washed or replaced

Review: This "company" has a website that sells Electronic cigarettes and accessories. I placed an order that was never received. When I contacted this company I was told to wait another few days for delivery and if not delivered by June 1st I would be refunded. Order has never been delivered to date! When I contacted the company again I was told I had been refunded and that the refund would be canceled if I did not call this person and apologize. Apologize for what? Placing an order with this company? 4 more days went by and still no refund ever posted to my account. When I contacted the company this time I was told to [redacted] off and Die!" and that I would not get a refund unless I called this person. Why do I need to call them for a refund? I WILL not call them after the way they have treated me over email, I can only imagine a phone call!nearly a month has gone by now and I have not delivery and Im out nearly $50! Filed a chargeback with my bank.Desired Settlement: I would like my $48.80 back. I placed an order for Electronic cigarette parts and have not received anything other than nasty hate filled emails!I would like a full refund, as promised!

Review: I notified Gentleman's Brand (via documented email) that the product I purchased was not what I had expected and I had not used the product (being a non vaporizing product). They informed me that they would accept a return, only to notify them when I sent the product out. When I sent in my return 34 days after receiving the product. They informed me (after I had shipped it), that they could not accept returns after 30 days, that they could only resend my original package back out.

I then proceeded to ask them for their terms of sales agreement, and/or possibly receive in-store credit.

I never received a response after this. I emailed them again about a week ago, and still did not receive any response.Desired Settlement: My hope would be that they would refund me my charge of about ~$40 as they originally stated they would do. After sending the package and they reneging on their offer due to a 4 day window and me asking for the terms of sales agreement that spelled out their return policy, which I never got; I think it would be most proper of them to just issue me a refund.

However, in the event they find a refund too demanding and it actually is in their terms of sales agreement (which I would ask they supply). I might be open to the possibility of an exchange for a different product.

However, I wouldn't really be a happy customer as I have had to bring this matter to the attention of the Revdex.com.

The case was closed against Gentlemans Brand. They offered me a 150% gift card on my original purchase order and I have taken advantage of it.

I hope to resolve this case as successful.

I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted], and find that this resolution would be satisfactory to me. I will wait for the business to perform this action and, if it does, will consider this complaint resolved.
