To Whom it may concern; I not going to spend a lot of time on this because my company has better things to do than to respond to empty allegationMrs [redacted] refused the recommendation of using a glue down flooring system which would flex to the shape of her subfloor being out of level and high in the middle because she wanted a LaminateShe was made aware that the flooring she requested would not tolerate the conditions of the subfloor she wanted it install ontoI give her a price to level the substrate in all areas and she refused it because she didn’t have the moneyI had to finance the job because of her money situation and she did not meet her obligation or time line on paymentsWe installed the floor on the subfloor after making her well aware of problems that could come with installing on a out of spec subfloorMy company went back times replacing the damaged pieces at the expense of my company, I also bought 2- more boxes of flooring to make these repairs and on the 4th time I give her my cost of materials to fix the subfloor with no labor cost to her trying to help her out with her bad decision on installing on her subfloor conditionsShe refused just like the first timeShe started out saying that the material was bad, after sending the rep and tech from the Manufacture, they sent me letters saying the material and workmanship had no defects, then she stared saying that when we installed the flooring that we damaged it in installation, the Manufacture said there was no damage to the floor during installationThey also found high end joints on the other to rooms that my company did not installIt all comes down to that Mrs [redacted] will not stand behind her decision to install the type flooring she picked ignoring recommendations from my company to use a glue down flooring Eddie G [redacted] Gentry Enterprises of Burlington IncCell [redacted] Office 336-350-

I am rejecting this response because: Mr. G[redacted] continues to make false comments. The case can be closed because clearly, he hasnt tried to resolve this situation otherwise it wouldnt have been 15 months later and no change taking place. All I have received are threathing emails and phone calls that I better not speak about his company anymore. I guess this is the time to let everyone know the type of person he really is. I am a paid customer that spent $8,000 on floors that dont work as they should. I have rights and others need to know not to use his company for their floor needs.
