This is in response to the complaint Gentry Auto Group received dated January 2, in reference to a Subaru Impreza listed price of $Mr*** called into the dealership and spoke with our Sales/Finance Manager who explained that this was a pricing error, and read the following

The pricing was rectified upon discovery within hours to the correct price of $23,183, and at no point was it our intention to mislead the customer. Thier statement is inaccurate. While they did claim it was an error, they did not read that statement, whole or in part.
They said that it was a typo and that they are not responsible for typos. To which I said, so you can advertise anything you want and then clean it was a typo. That is called bait and switch. You want me to believe that you a disclaimer that you are not responsible for your actions and then you get away with anything no matter how wrong or illegal.To which they said they did nothing illegal. 
At no point did they read me any thing or say anything other than it was a typo and t g at they are not responsible for typos.
