Gentry did provide an estimate for the complainantHowever, prior to the move date, the one and only truck that we take on our Florida trips was put out of serviceWe immediately contacted the client and informed them so they could make other arrangementslastly, for
the record, Gentry does not own Tractor trailers, we only use straight trucks for our movesSo, the information provided by the complainant is not accurate
