I am rejecting this response because:The damages they are charging me for was already there when I moved inIt is stated on the move in sheetAlso, they did not speak to me in person about this situation and they are lying about not receiving a forwarding addressI wrote my address down on the move out sheet and also gave it to her over the phone on different occasionsIn top of that, my number has not changed, if it was urgent, they should've calledIt shouldn't take me to constantly reach out to them for my CRP or my damage depositThe itemized list was only sent to me after I requested it on April 25, That is almost months after the legal days

To Whom It May Concern:We received a letter from the Revdex.com regarding complaint ***Since we received this complaint, the property manager has spoken to the former tenant in person, and our subsidy compliance manager sent her the itemized list of the money she owes to the
propertyWe were unable to send this to her before because she did not leave a forwarding addressShe was very confrontational upon move-outThere were multiple damages done to the unit she was living in that weren't there when she moved inWe won't be able to refund her deposit because of this.Thank you for contacting usWe want to provide the best service to our tenants.Regards,Gentry Townhomes Representative
