Genuine Gutters

*** ***. That the complaint that she mad against me is not correct I know here as a friend and she ask me what I do for work and I explain to her that I am trying to get a gutter business going and she ask me what that was so I explained it to her and she asked me how long I been doing It
so I told her for like a year or trying to get it going and I been doing some work for just my friends so I can get my name out thr and she ask if I can do her's and I said ya I can do it for her she offer me cash payment I said ok we did the job and she loved it then she go a leak on one of the end cap she call me to see when I can go fix it I told here I was out of town doing a roof with my friend and that I couldn't leave with out getting it done cuse it was away fro Raton new Mexico and that I was doing the job in Colorado springs and the weather was supposed to get bad so we needed to get it done I did tell her I was going to b thr2in the morning but could not make it so I called her and txt her that I'll b thr in the afternoon and she was ok with it well I couldn't make it at that time cuse the roof was still not complete so I called her and explain to her and she was ok with that and that I will make it when I got done frome this roof and when I did go to *** *** house to adjust the GUTTERS she was beating it with a broom and I explain to her that if she touch the GUTTERS that it would cancel the warranty and she told me that she was not going to do anything to it but when I got there she was beating it with a broom and I see that she has been doing that bshe called me and that's what case the leak and I didn't get to talk to her that day when I did go back to fix it she ran in the house when I got thr and lift the broom like stuck on to the gutter where she was beating it on the side where she was saying it was damaging the house it was caused buy her beating my gutters with the broom but I still got up thr in the rain and still fix it for her and put a note that her warranty was no longer good for the reson is that she lied about me not going back to fix it and for beating the gutters up with a broom but I did fix my GUTTERS the time that she called me bthis incident with the broom she know I went the first time to seal one leak and the second time was to adjust one gutter in the back that we also fix for her I did a whole check around all my GUTTERS to make sure thr was no more that needed to n worked on and I went over it all with her and she was very happy with it all then down the road that's when she was calling and saying she had a OTHER leak handle I said bI told her I was and will go back to fix the other one like I fix and went back the last times idk why she is doing all this making a big deal about my work or my business when she was the cause of the other gutter leaking and I have pic to show you that an was beating it with a broom.. So I hope you guys see that I am not full of lies like she isAnd for her trying to making me and my business a bad name I dont appreciate that at all so if you guys can kindle read and see the picture that I am not Lien to you guys I don't need my business all over saying I am a bad business and I do all my work in Trinidad and never had one person come back to me with anything as in fact I get more work Baucus of my good work I get around buy word buy mouth so please let me know whats going to go on and I appreciate it if you guys see this and understand that I did go back not just one time but times and she say I never went so I will appreciate it if you guys don't give me a bad name or a bad recommendation thank you please call me at *** or email me thanks This is the picture I got when I showed up and she ran in the house please look at this and see why I cancel her warranty thank you she was beating it all up!!!
