We have resolved this with the customer and a refund was issued in the amount promised($41.05)An additional refund for her shipping cost was also issued at her requestRefund amount $5.78Please see attachments of the Paypal transactions for further proof( i've titled the attachments with this case number for easy reference

The customer was fully refunded for their first purchase with us (no restocking fee)When the customer returned and purchased a second time, all items were shipped on time and confirmation emails sent every step of the way (Order Confirmation, Shipping Confirmation with tracking details and delivery made confirmations)We kept clear, helpful, professional communication with the customer during all purchasesShe asked to return items from her second order, we responded immediately and issued her return label to make the returnWe explained also that since the items she wanted to return were Sale Items, they were eligible for Store Credit (as explained on our websites returns page, product page, on our invoices and when return is initially requested)She accepted the store store credit and has since used the credit to make purchases on our site that she has expressed no problems with at allWe appreciate her feedback on the product quality, however, we can assure all our customers that we include tags with our logo on all our products

The last correspondence we had with this customer was on July 15, when we asked her to verify the address that the package was delivered toSince we did not hear any response from the customer, we assumed she found her package and everything was OKIf in fact, she did not, we'd be happy to assist
her further and investigate this delivery(please see last email sent to the customer for your reference)
