Review: 6/**/13- Made a purchase for $221.21 for a Michael Kors watch. It is now four months later, and I never received the product. When calling to follow up I was hung up on. Had to call about 15 times in a row to get an answer. Once someone answered I was yelled at and told I would be refunded (9/**/13). I received a fake invoice, stating I had been refunded, although I did not receive a credit to my account. I was told by the merchant ([redacted]) that she had tried to get my refund, but now it was out of her hands, and that I need to contact my bank. She said the bank was holding my money (which I confirmed was not true with my bank). Long story short, I have called, and e-mailed numerous times, telling her I would like to resolve this the easy way. She never once called to followed up on the status of my refund, or my original purchase for that matter. After being told I was getting a refund (no I did not request one, since what I really wanted was my watch), here is the e-mail I sent her after being hung up on repeatedly:

"Hi [redacted] Appreciate that we were finally able to connect this evening. It was quite disconcerting that I called your company’s variety of contact numbers over 18 times and one call was answered and a female yelled into the phone “You’re getting your refund [redacted]!” and then no one answered for several more rings. Again, thank you for taking the time to discuss the current status of my refund. Per our conversation, the refund issued on September **, 2013 should only take 3-5 business days – making tomorrow October *, 2013 the 5th business day. I am slightly concerned when you said if I don’t see the refund, it’s out of “your hands” and really my bank that I need to contact… but that you would look into the status of my refund and “re-issue” my refund? I’m not sure what that means exactly – I hope that you have issued the refund as per your written notification on September **, 2013 and I am in fact going to see the refund to my credit card no later than tomorrow. Please know that I prefer to resolve this matter in an expeditious manner and put it behind me versus contacting the Revdex.com, seeking additional legal advice, and utilizing the variety of social media that allow consumers to post feedback on [redacted], [redacted]… to warn consumers about businesses who mistreat their customers with questionable business practices, extremely poor customer service and fraudulent-like behavior as I have experienced by your company thus far. Again, I prefer to resolve this matter quickly and painlessly and receive my refund based on the timing you stated in our conversation today – 3 to 5 business days, again making October [redacted] the 5th day. Please confirm that I will receive my refund by tomorrow – October *, 2013 to the credit card provided on June **, 2013 for my original purchase.*In the event, that a “re-issue” of the said original refund has taken place, please alert me right away and to confirm – does this mean it will take an additional 3-5 business days? If the amount of phone calls is alarming to you as well and you need pictorial proof – I can provide a screen shot. Thank you for your time and attention to this matter and look forward to hearing confirmation from you soon. "

No response on her end. The only thing she said was "you have been refunded already". I was sent what I believe to be a fake invoice.

Every time I call her "business" I hear children crying/playing in the background.

No consumer should ever have to go through this to get their product/refund. It is ridiculous. I also changed my CC information and closed out the one I used online, since I believe this business is fradulant and is trying to scam consumers by issuing a fake invoice, telling them they have been refunded, and refusing to answer phonecalls.

My bank is currently investigating this situation as well.Desired Settlement: I would like to be refunded in a timely manner. [redacted] is the bank that is looking into this matter. The complaint number is #[redacted] if that helps.

I am not sure if this is the first you have heard of malpractice with this company, but I would be shocked if this were the case. Please investigate this company as I believe there is fradulent activity taking place.

At this time, I have been contacted directly by Genuinetimepiece.com regarding complaint ID [redacted], however my complaint has NOT been resolved because:

[redacted] called me and told me she would issue a check in order to reimburse me. She told me I should cancel my complaints from both the Revdex.com as well as my bank since she will be sending out a check for the balance. I told her that I would not cancel the complaints until I received, and cashed the check. This was in late October, and she told me to expect the check within 3 days. I have not received anything or heard anything since then.
