Ms [redacted] was at the dealership, in the Sales Persons office, giving him the information that is required for a credit applicationWe did not try to deceive her in any wayWe just tried to help her get the best interest rate possible and she encouraged us to do that

I have reviewed the response made by the business and find that this resolution is satisfactory to meTo be treated fairly should not of been this difficult

On Wednesday 5/13/I spoke with Mr [redacted] regarding his visit to Byers Mazda During our conversation he reviewed the details of his interactions with my staffMr [redacted] and I reached a compromiseMr [redacted] stated to me that he now does believe that the entire incident was just a misunderstanding caused by an honest mistake by a member of our staffMr [redacted] also stated that he does not feel that any of the members of our organization took place in any activity that could be perceived as being deceptive or a bait and switch tacticMr [redacted] was even gracious enough to retract his bait and switch accusation, that he previously made, during our conversationMr [redacted] and I are currently working on scheduling a time for him to take delivery of his new Mazda from our dealership

To Whom , I am writing today to answer a complaint by Mr [redacted] I have reviewed the facts and circumstances and come to the follow position 1) This Vehicle is a and was sold entirely , Signed disclaimer on file 2) We were NEVER contacted by the customer until All the repairs were complete ,customers quote" I knew your Company would do nothing to make this right so I resigned to fix it myself"3) In stead of contacting us and asking for assistance Mr [redacted] went into a Insulting, Defaming, Name calling rampage on social media, with the full intent of Damaging the reputation of our business! 4) I am of the opinion that the Damage done to our reputation far exceeds any damage that may have been overlooked on his vehicle In closing , As stated at the top this vehicle was sold and signed for 100% In that case the only assistance that we could offer would be goodwill Unfortunately , we reserve our Goodwill gestures for those who are Good clients and Mr [redacted] 's actions have proven him otherwise Based on the circumstances mentioned above Byers Imports will honor any and all claims brought forth as a result of the Warranty that was presented at the time of sale and nothing else! I am not rejecting or accepting this response yet because I need to know if I choose the option for Byers to replace the window control module, will the $I will pay Byers include parts, labor and tax? Will the window definitely work after they replace the window control module? Will I get the same full 1-year warranty on the window control module?

Unfortunately the material returned by the customer is in non-returnable or saleable conditionitems where returned in a Uhaul box, with no original packaing

In response to the question on 10/12/ Service contracts can vary in both amount of coverage and duration for any vehicle and the pricing cannot be quoted without knowing these parameters Note: Mr [redacted] was offered and declined any kind service contract at the time of purchase However had he accepted and purchased a service contract, Tires, Clutches , brakes and alignments are Always considered wear items and are NEVER covered, not even on new vehicles !

Byers is failing to accept responsibility for their shameful business practices and actions, and the agreement they had with me with me in writing which I have already submitted Additionally, the fact remains they provided inaccurate credit scores for both my mother and me as verified by our own reports and other dealers prior to going to Byers and afterwards

Hello, This dispute was resolved Friday November 7, with a check for $50, installation of a new remote start and adjustment of the lock systemVery happy with the results and how Byers resolved this in a very positive mannerCase is closed

I response to Mr [redacted] 's complaint regarding the rt rear window operation on his Audi A-, we maintain that the rt rear power window motor that was replaced was needed in order to function properly In addition , the vehicle also needs a comfort control module in order to make the one touch power windows and door locks operate as designed As a goodwill gesture I have come up with Goodwill option offers# We refunds $of the previous repair # Customer pays $and we complete the additional $control module repair .PLease advise Kevin K*** GM Byers Imports

[redacted] had this Mustang towed in on or around 9/5/The vehicle would not start however the starter would continue to engage the flywheel whenever the battery cable was connected to the batteryUpon Initial inspection found the carburetor had a large fuel leakCalled and advised the customer the carburetor would need a new gasket kit installed to fix fuel leaks before further diagnosis could be completedCustomer approved work on the carburetorAfter all gaskets and diaphragm's on the carburetor were replaced we were able to diagnose a failed starter solenoid causing the vehicle to continue to crank whenever the battery was connectedCustomer approved replacement of the starter solenoidAfter the solenoid was replaced the vehicle started and ran without further issuesCustomer then picked up and drove the vehicle home on 9/9/17, customer paid $640.16, remaining $balance was applied from customers Ford Owners Advantage accountMr [redacted] then returned on 9/11/requesting a refund for $because he found a coupon that applied to his serviceAs a goodwill gesture Mr [redacted] was issues a refund of $on 9/11/even though the coupon specifically states that all coupons must be presented at time of write up

Tell us why here...Hello, yes the customer did purchase a sunroof frame assyon 6/30/part number XRinvoice and a sunroof motor assyon 7/11/part number C2C invoice [redacted] We also confirmed that the parts are correct for the vehicle identification number provide by the customerFrom our understanding with speaking to the customer and the Jaguar dealer service department this is the mechanic (non-Jaguar dealer) that originally install the frame and motor assydid not properly install and tried to modify the frame to workThe sunroof frame assyoriginally did not have metal brackets riveted to the frame sideI confirmed this with the Jaguar dealer service department before denying credit on the retuned merchandiseAlso, the parts where returned with no original packaging and months after our policy agreement both on the invoice provided with the parts and the website policy were parts where purchasedOur determination is that customer should be looking for restitution from the original mechanic that improperly installed and modified the correct parts
