[To assist us in bringing this matter to a close, you must give us a reason why you are rejecting the responseIf no reason is received your complaint will be closed Administratively Resolved] Complaint: [redacted] I am rejecting this response because: we were sold a lemon and was told there was nothing wrong with itI read that they had to put money into the van, but I to had to put money into fixing it when there was suppose to be nothing wrong with itTherefore, as for them, or myself (if there was nothing wrong with the van that was sold to us), none of us should have had to put money toward a vehicle that was just bought, way before the warranty was up; the day after we bought it to be exactThere has been problems with the van since thenWe had to take it for inspection and emissions in December and it failed timesIt finally passed, and now check engine light is on again so more money I am going to have to put into the vanI feel as though this whole thing is crazy and believed that we were dealing with honest people, after all, it's not a small, private owned car lot; it's Manderbach ***As far as them trying to help me fix the van, service was never with a smile, or without an attitude, and the van was still under warranty From the beginning of all these problems, I just tried to get my money back and was told by [redacted] that they were going to fix it; it is still not fixed and I am still spending money fixing things that were never suppose to be wrong Regards, [redacted]
