We feel that the mailer properly disclosed the rules of the GIVEAWAY Prizes. I have attached a copy of parts of the mailer and the prize board. The mailer clearly states.. " Scratch off to see if your number matches the winning...
number. If your number matches, YOU HAVE WON one of the prizes listed!" Key word "ONE" of the prizes.. It has a display of Fiat Car, $2500 cash, 70" Flat Screen TV, Drone, $250 in cash, Mini Ipad, 3 gold coins.
Mr, [redacted]s did not win the drone. He won 3 gold coins in which he accepted. We have removed Mr. [redacted]s from our data base and will no longer mail him. Even with the fully disclosed mailer, we understand how Mr. [redacted]s and his daughter were confused. There were no intentions or attempts on our part to scam customers. Mr. [redacted]s did in fact win a prize as the mailer stated. . In the future we will work to insure there is no confusion in our mailers.

I was mislead and taken advantage of by this flyer. I see now with where you highlighted what your flyer says, but by scratching off what your suppose to, having the winning numbers
that match the item, calling to verify and verifying , and then not to win the prize is misleading and false advertising. I would have never made the trip for 3 dollars and to be made a fool
of. This company needs to have respect for its consumers and needs to stop misleading people with this propaganda. After I talked about this incident on social media, many people posted
that they too have been mislead, and unjustly taken advantage of with these flyers.
To say we accepted the three gold coins is not necessarily true. When my wife showed them the paper they told her she did not win the drone. Then they proceeded to give her the three
dollars and then escorted her out with a hand on her shoulder. Yes we received three dollars, but on the same token we had choice.
I appreciate that you took me off your mailing list. This experience has left a bad taste in my mouth, and because of this I doubt to ever to business with your company.

It wasn't until I contacted the owner of ig button that this matter has been resolved. I have gotten my car back from the business.
