Dear Revdex.com & [redacted]:Since they were told improve insulation is fact: Furnace is well and large enough:It is with much regret that no mention of "heat-concern" of "performance" was 1) not ever mentioned throughout 2 winters. <until a single agreed return-air needs finished>  offered: reasonably "keep the owed $500.00(!)"As advised, as I advise all customers 2) I loot to improve return-airs (as I did for the previous [redacted] a decade ago & had a "Thank you Jon")2B) mentioned to me that by Ms. [redacted]: "upstairs OVER-HEATS". So I suggested for PAYMENT to add to the completed elbow installed already, I would run 7" flex. So out of job, to eventually add return run through attic...$1 more grill per agreement.I STATED KEEP $500 until I can return3) NOT PAID THAT $500.00 on a budget contract of low sale price to help them...& finding poor progression of wife's cancer in Feb. 15-death Oct. 16. I lost track of her keeping MANY records & business for me..I did call Ms. [redacted] a few times & NEVER was it indicated  A) "strange furnace performance"  B)"100/mo/electric billSo>called "father" she claims: who said "SHE DOES NOT WANT YOU BACK" after OFFERING "Keep $500 UNPAID CONTRACT" & I will have it done or DO IT MYSELF NOW.4) REFUSED REASONABLE RESOLUTION5) Ms. [redacted] REFUSES TO CALCULATE 500 WATT BLOWER CAN NOT INCREASE, a bill by even $25.00 and is a misrepresentation to the truth.

For starters, look at his response, a hand scribbled note, just like his estimate for the work he would do. I will provide a copy of the work order when I return from vacation as I am in [redacted] at this time and will return 6/10/2017. Jon called my father 4 times the day he got the complaint and my father informed him that the furnace was not heating the house properly and he never finished the work. Jon's response was he never heard that, his wife was ill and passed away. Whenever Jon was supposed to come finish the work he always had an excuse why he couldn't come. My dad said sorry for your loss but I lost my mother-in-law, and my father last year. You still have a business to run to which he replied he would come out to finish the work. I don't want him back in my house. I don't believe his calculations about the furnace size and that the furnace would not raise my electric as much as it has. I would rather have a refund mailed to me so I can have a REPUTABLE company come out, not some 1 man circus. Jon said he enlarged the air return in my living room, he didn't. He wanted my boyfriend to do it before he returned to finish the job which he never did. And another example of his unprofesionalism, making a comment about MY FILThY house! Let him try raising 6 kids alone.He gets to personal and creeps me out and don't want anymore contact with him.
