No excuses. I cannot schedule the additional testing with the subcontractor to do the investigative segment (drilling) because there is a monetary issue that needs to be resolved between us requiring more prompt payments from other clients. It is not something you want to discuss with
other clients, mainly because it is not relevant to them and not something that needs to be made public. I was more than fair with MsLevinson on cost of work and completely intend to see the remainder of this through. I am very fluid with my schedule on all projects and this one is no exception. I am late to this project because of others, and the converse is also true. There were no complaints from the ***'s as of may last site visit and investigation, and the results of everything performed do have value to the clients

Revdex.com:
Mr. [redacted] has sent me the report that I asked the Revdex.com to request from him. Since that is all I requested you to do for me, I consider your efforts on my behalf to be completed. I still am very disappointed in Mr. [redacted]. He promised he would complete the entire investigation that we had agreed upon. But in the middle of the process, with no explanation, he refused to return my phone calls, even though I had promptly paid him every penny he had asked for. I certainly couldn't recommend him.
Regards,
[redacted]

Review: I hired Mr. [redacted] to do tests on my home. We agreed on a price for hand augering, soil tests, and a report which gave the test results and a recommendation for remedial work. I liked Mr. [redacted] and thought he was knowledgeable. However, from the beginning I had problems with Mr. [redacted] being hours late to appointments, both in person and on the phone. Often he would miss the appointment all together without calling. He performed the initial soil tests and said he would do additional testing. He asked to be paid, which I did immediately. I assumed I would receive a comprehensive report when all the tests were completed. But, he kept delaying the final tests. I had not heard from him in seven weeks and needed to speak with him regarding a time sensitive issue, but he would not return my phone calls. He never gave me an explanation for not completing the work we had agreed upon. I left a message requesting the report on the soil tests that he did conduct, but he never sent it.

Without a written report, the tests he performed, for which I paid him, have no value.Desired Settlement: I would like Mr. [redacted] to provide a written, professionally certified, comprehensive report on the soil tests he performed in December of 2014. This would include the results that he discussed with me about the finding of high/moderate to high range expansive soil, and the finding of ten percent (after ten years) of organic matter in the fill.
