I sign a contract with Royal roofing on June 14, 2017 they started the job on July 20, 2017 we gave them a down payment of $3000 and continue to ask us for more money because they had to get supplies and they had to pay their workers. Today's date is September 7, 2017 and the roof is still not done we fired them on August 26, 2017 verbally telling them to get off our roof during this time which was seven weeks they continued not to show up for work they left a big bin which was not paid for on the street for seven weeks before we had it removed the *** was from cleanup and disposal services we called all the time and asked for them when are they going to finish the roof there was all kinds of excuses. in the meantime there was also all kinds of damage they went into my fridge in the garage and drink up 18 bottles of beer with no permission along with water and pop that was in there and they broke the door. my whole backyard was littered with all their equipment which put me out of my backyard for five weeks.they *** our shingles not once but twice because they said they needed them for another job so that they could get paid to pay workers to work on my house. we are asking for our shingles and are flashing back which they have not returned over 26 bundles of shingles this company has caused so much damage to my roof that a roof inspector said that the whole roof needs to be done we have proof with pictures and a written statement from the inspectors we would like to have our belongings returned that we paid for we did not get the service that we paid $5000 for. These roofers have caused damage to my property inside and out very bad workmanship and customer service
