In response to the customer comlaint from [redacted] , there appears to be a miscommunication and misunderstanding with regards to the services provided [redacted] had mentioned something about the penalties to my office manager, but she was not involved in the preparation The complaint I received by phone or email was with regards to how our bill was stated Those corrections were made by my office manager.My fee for servcies is for income tax preparation While we have the ability to calculate penalties on our software, they are not always correct Penalties are negotiable with regards to federal, state, and city levels With that in mind, if we calculate a penalty, then we are only volunteering an amount that may not re requiredThank you for your attention to this matter
