I wanted to reach out to respond to this complaint ID *** recently filed by *** ***I have included *** *** in this email as wellI have already been made aware of the complaint as the employee contacted me about the situation the day after it happenedI believe the customer left
and we were not able to contact him for a resolutionAs to the complaint he is absolutely correct for feeling the coupon was misleadingThis was misunderstanding on behalf of my staffWe had a similar coupon in a different publication before that was "not" able to be used on the membership that he was trying to purchase, as the membership enrollment was already discounted 50% offI have since cleared up this matter with all staffThe coupon was intended to have no limitations other than the minimum purchase amount of $which is why there is no wording stating that some restrictions may applyI deeply apologize for the misunderstanding and would offer to completely waive the enrollment instead of just the $off for the mistake.Neil ***PresidentDetroit RdRocky River Oh44116***
