Incredibly poor customer service.I have been a user of this software for several years now and the customer service has been getting worse every year. They recently changed from Alibre to Geomagic and in the process they have turned off my ability to use the software. It has been 3 days since I left them an email and a voice mail and they have not responded. I have lost 3 days of work due to their non-responsive nature, and continue to loose valuable design time. In addition, whenever I have a technical question, the response was incredibly slow if they responded at all, even with the service/support contract.Desired SettlementTheir choice to either understaff their customer service group or just to ignore customer request is costing me and others a lot of money. If they had to pay for the down time that their customers incur they would probably hire enough staff and would make sure that request were processed immediately. I am loosing about $300 per day due to their lack of interest in responding to their customers.
