Review: The company failed to credit my $100 deposit for my October 2012 house move. I have been following up for 18 months through their website, which does not provide an email address, and by phone. Finally, on April 11, 2014, I received email acknowledgment from the company that the $100 deposit had not been credited and that a check would be "in the mail". Still have not received the refund.Desired Settlement: Refund of $100 to cover my uncredited deposit.

Review: GeoMetric moved my on March 30...I've been contacting them ever since...they have an entire additional shipment they never dropped off...they acknowledged they have my items...still haven't delivered yet...and they have bene paid in fulltoday when I texted the Mgr. he was profane and defensive about how long it was taking...I have 3 months worth of texts and emails where you'll see I've been waiting patiently

GeoMetric Moving delivered missing chair legs once found in our warehouse. On May 15, 2013 Mr. [redacted] notified our office of additional items missing, he also requested a claims form. We forwarded his claim form and located his few misplace items that were not on the inventory. His items are scheduled for delivery on June 24, 2013. In regards to abusive language, we have Mr. [redacted] on tape threatening office personnel.
