Hi [redacted] We apologize for any inconvenience caused but Puremba emailed the demo link of the new site 25th May which is demo.***media.net and asked for the further suggestion and modification related to content and pictures, we have only received only pictures for the website and content is very limited, Puremba contacted the client several occasions through phone for a discussion but client was not available, Puremba also requested to call back several times as phone discussion was necessary, till date we have not received any phone call from the client to discuss further on the changes of the website, we advise to call Puremba as soon as possible to get the website completed.Thanks,Alex

Hello We have already delivered the site, it has been running on of one our test URL [redacted] and was waiting for an approval from the client plus client has only provided us the content of the website on Thursday day end 07/07/2016, as per her conversation with James she gave us the time till /07/12/to put the content on all the site pages which we successfully did and sent her the updated url again with the updated content, since then we have been waiting to get the login information of her hosting account to transfer over the site from our test url to her main domain, which we have just got it today /07/18/There are no refunds when we have completely delivered the site in terms of coding, graphics, layout and content placement and delay is only due to the issue of information which needs to be provided by the client Thanks Deloii Corporation

I  am rejecting this response because:As a consumer, I expect guidance when working with a website. Initially I asked for help in fixing my sites abilities to receive emails. I was told both sites weren't working because these are not a .org. Only one site was changed to a .org. I am not knowledgeable in working with websites. But, when I tried to use the sites created by Geometricbox [redacted]s not working. I contacted Wordpress support and was able to resolve my email issue within 1/2 hour on my old site [redacted] Because I am the person who will be managing these sites, I don't want to work with flawed websites. I can only suspect that the second site the created [redacted] will have problems in the future. It is for these reasons that I want to cancel this service and get my money back

He told me that I would need two new websites which ended in .org to fix the problemAnswer: Customer asked us what is the best solution you can offer, we advised to shift the same sites (not new) to the .org platform on which customer also demanded the registration of 2 new domains to be done...

while shifting the site as below:Old Domain : [redacted]New Domain : [redacted]Old Domain[redacted]New Domain : [redacted]We successfully registered the 2 domains on her request and shifted the site to wordpress.org platform------------------------------------------------------------------------...⇄ When I check the functionality of the sites, my site [redacted] was having problems.Answer: If there was any problem it was resolved and customer sent the confirmation by email of the same, attached is the email screenshot as a proof.--------------------------------------------------------------------------...⇄ As I was looking at the plugins I found that there was one odd plug in “Hello Dolly” which led me to further suspect that there might be something not right about this company.Answer: "Hello Dolly" is a plugin which comes by default in every WordPress.org setup which can be safely deleted if one does not want it, this shows the serious lack of knowledge regarding the WordPress platform, also one should learn the difference between WordPress.org and WordPress.com - https://en.support.wordpress.com/com-vs-org/------------------------------------...⇄ I have asked Geometricbox for a full refund as I do not want to work with a product that has flawsCustomer is unable to provide us the list of flaws, we tested it many times and there are no flaws at all and both the new websites are live and running absolutely fine without any problem, customer used our services to the core by seeking all kind of email and phone support, got the 2 new domains registered, got the site transferred, also confirmed in the email that everything is working fine and also took help in resolving her personal computer problem which also we resolved successfully, customer is using the law in unfair manner to exploit our company, employees and the whole system.As per our website terms we only offer refund if we are unable to provide a service. Thank YouManager
