July [redacted] had damage to their glass and door due to being hit by a fork lift All work was done and completed in july, except for one door panel (that [redacted] was not charged for yet-and has not paid for yet) The door panel was ordered, but we do not manufacture the door, [redacted] Automatics does So, [redacted] is basically at the manufacturer’s mercyAll along, we were in touch with [redacted] and ***, from [redacted] **, letting them know their panel had still not been shipped When we finally received notice that the panel would be delivered the first week in December, we contacted [redacted] and told them so [redacted] has not done anything wrong! At this time, I have been contacted directly by [redacted] Management Corporation regarding complaint ID [redacted], however my complaint has NOT been resolved because:...


Now, they promise me they will replace the door panel by the second week of December.

Review: Our [redacted] automatic sliding door was installed by [redacted] of [redacted]. Six months ago our door was damaged and is needed to be repair, [redacted] came and try to repair it but wasn't able and one of the panel needed to be replace. They told me they are going to order from [redacted] and needed 6 weeks to get it. Now, it's been 6 months.Desired Settlement: Replace the panel for our Automatic door.
