Review: I Ordered 2 sets of tea cups with saucers and 1 teapot online on Dec. [redacted] 2014. I received part of the order which was 2 tea cups and saucers. The left item, an blue fluted mega tea pot, was back ordered, which I have not received yet. Still on the website, it says it could be shipped within a week.

I called the company twice and was promised someone would call me back, but it never happened. I emailed them asking for refund of the item, never got replied.Desired Settlement: I would like refund for the one item not shipped yet into my credit card which I used to order.
