I have my dental cleaning twice a year with out having to pay copay or any thing out of pocket for this procedure,also my son has the same benefits he is on my polic. Information given to office staff. I cont to get a bill from business office and I call business office back and was told claim had been filed and no answer. I was given the same answer each 6 months that I went to my cleaning this kept happening for 1 year and a half. I requested billing office to send me the information to me so I could help get bill paid. I was sent not anything that I could use to show insurance they had billed because they hadn't bill according to my Insurance. I called back to the office and relayed the message that was given to me to person answering the phone because billing person wasn't available and requested she call me back. I waited 2 day before I called back left another message to have billing and [redacted] to call me about this matter no response again from either person. I spoke with office manager and she assured me that she would have someone to help me. I called again and left a message for [redacted] and he still hasn't called me. I try calling once a week because I am still receiving a bill from office. According to my insurance claim would have been paid if they had file within a year. I feel my dental needs isn't important to any one in the office including the dentist. I should have been treated with digity and respect and I received neither. When I call the staff, should have told me that my name on on the donot talk to list. I feel my name was a joke around the office because no matter who I talked to in the office matter wasn't address at all.
