We apologize for the miscommunicationGeorge Morlan holds ourselves to the very highest in customer service standardsYour account has been credited, and we hope to serve you again in the futureThank You!
Mr [redacted] :My name is Andy H***, I am the VP of Operations at George Morlan Plumbing I left you a phone message this morning with my personal contact In that phone message, I mentioned I had been away on personal business for the past weeks, so I sincerely apologize for my delayed response to you.I also apologize for the lack of response from our service department and make this commitment to you to fix your venting issues as soon as we can get a new appointment scheduled with you.Your credit card issue, noted in your complaint, I believe is coincidental Currently, our plumber gets a credit card number from you at the end of the job if you haven't been asked or given one to our dispatch department when setting the initial appointment If the plumber collects a credit card number, that information is turned in each night into the office, or a secured inner company drop box along with your job paperworkOccasionally, a charge may not show up on your statement for a couple weeks for various reasonsWe hope to have "in field" credit card processing in the future, which should eliminate this issueI look forward to "finish the job correctly" and letting you get onto enjoying your new on demand water heater.Sincerely, Andy H***
