December 2, Dear [redacted] , We did assist [redacted] with the purchase of his vehicle on November 12, I don't understand his complaint, first of all we were on our way out of the office because we had closed and it was after our business hoursWe re-opened to service [redacted] Attached is the breakdown of our standard charges that apply to all transactions of this nature.The Penndot fee is what is received and sent to the stateThere were notaries that are usually done with a title transfer and the state sets a notary fee at $License plates issued by us are a standard fee of $For the instant plate, registration sticker, and registration card that [redacted] walks out with the service fee is a pass thru fee forus also of $20.00, that goes to our software providerThe fee that we charge for our service which is in line with any other issuing agent in our area of $is for the most part what we get [redacted] could go to a dealership an get charged to times what our fees areSo [redacted] is incorrect A of the charge went to us the rest went to the state and vendors and charges for materialsWe are sorry for his misunderstanding of the charges attached but that again is our standard fee, If you require more information to this matter please let me knowSincerely,Phil WOffice Manager
