included painting the entire interior of the houseThe $2,did not include materialThe said contract was signed on the 14th of November but work was not started until the 15th of NovemberLargely due to the fact that we didn't receive the paint colors until November 14th 7:pm ( Email with colorchoice included.) It was at this time that the price increase was added in the amount of $to fill nail holes / caulk the trim and gaps around the (Trim.) An additional $was added to texture extra ceiling areas where sky lights were removedDrywall patching and sanding resumed in the home along with various areas being paintedOn the 18th of November " Saturday" my crew worked all day at the home and the majority of the day on "Sunday" the 19th. *** was hoping that the job could be done in 2-days but in fact it took only more days than originally planned.I provide receipts for all of my customers including ***I do have another copy of ***'* receipts which I will gladly give her a copy of upon requestAs far as the % discount? *** got her paint at my discount which is over 30% on most all of the products purchased for her job: Drywall patch, tape, plastic, screws, "CHB" paint for the ceilings, "Pro classic" for the trim, "Duration" for the wallsIt simply is not true that she didn't get all of the receiptsIts simply not true that I over charged her for materialI painted BEDROOMS : walls, ceilings, trim, doors/inside of doors closetsMASTERBEDROOM: walls, ceiling, trim, doors/inside of doorsA GREAT ROOM: walls, ceilings, trim doors / inside doorsHALLWAYLOWER BATH = : walls, ceilings, trim, doors/ inside of doorsKITCHEN: walls, ceilings, trim, doors/ inside of doors. Please keep in mind also that we did minor drywall repair, along with repairing nicks and gouges in the wallsPlease also keep in mind that my contract states that I will apply 2 coats of paint to each surface *** knows that I applied or more coats to some of the walls due to color choice ( darker colors to cover up ) or ( darker paint applied to thewalls) makes coverage more di6cultPictures that I have enclosed will show that I also painted the shoe molding for *** ( Free of Charge)You will not find the shoe molding on the contract..On November 14th *** gave her deposit of half down $1,Her total cost to me was $3,And the remainder of $3,was paid upon the completion of the jobThat was $1,for all material and $1,for final payment of laborConcerning the accusation of me clinching my fist and pacing the floor is also not trueI have never behaved this way toward a homeowner and I never willWhen I arrived at the home we then began what I call a " walk through" This is where the homeowner walks through the home with me to take care of touch ups or other things that may need attentionThis process took over an hour with ***I do this inspection BEFORE any final payment is takenI want my homeowners 100% satisfied with the work that myself and my crew have doneI also have what I call a (grade card) which I have also enclosedThis grade card tells me ifand how I can improve my services in any wayClient feedback includes 1) Were you satisfied with George Beyer Painting services? *** answered " YES" 2) Is there anything George Beyer Painting could have done better on? *** didn't put anything3) Can George Beyer Painting use you as a referral for future clients? *** answered " YES".All these answers were by her own choiceShe was not bullied in any wayMy two painters were there and can verify thatI want to also add that *** reached out to me 2 weeks after my job was complete wanting me to return and touchup the shoe moldingI would think if she feared me, she wouldn't want me to returnIt is my belief that *** is angry because I wouldn't come back and touch up the shoe mold that the flooring folks installedThis seemed to be her topic of conversation with each text and call and seemed to be what heated up the conversations when she simply wasn't behaving very kindlyI'm sorry that this has happened, but I believe that I went above and beyond for *** just as I do all my other Homeowners,Have a great day! !George BeyerGeorge Beyer Painting

I am rejecting this response because: Mr. Beyer's is not telling the truth. No one was at my house on Sunday the 19. It is my house. No one was there. He admitted he was "short handed."  He lied about the cost of the paint. It did not cost him $1,300. I more than expected to pay the cost of the paint but I didn't count on being fleeced. He also did not return to finish the job which was included in the cost I was quoted but I guess that since he does not honor his word, I should not expect him to return. I do appreciate that he admitted he was expected to return but did not do so. He pressured to me to complete the grade which I did, knowing that if another possible client called me, I would tell them how horrible the job was at my house. I have 12 photos to submit but I am only able to submit four currently; perhaps this is a limitation of the Revdex.com website. The photos speak for Mr. Beyer's work.
