After having paid $500 the total amount for the services requested for filing for bankruptcy on April 1, 2013 they failed to contact me for next steps in filing for bankruptcy I called and left multiple messages of which I never received a response. When I was finally contacted one month later and went in to continue the process I was told that I would have to pay an additional $306 that was not mentioned upon the initial agreement. The people there were not helpful and were unable to explain the agreements they had me sign. I then decided that I was not going to continue with their services and requested to get my money back and was told that it would take 30 days before I could get a refund. First of all no services were provided and none of the documents/paperwork was properly documented therefor I should not have to wait for my refund.
